Myself, I would use Datil Pepper Sauce instead of the Jalapeno Sauce.  Datil peppers taste a lot better, are sorta sweet and are a lot hotter.  Close to or the same as the Habanero in the heat department.

I see Terry was watching the same show I did over the weekend (CBS Sunday Morning I believe?).  I thought of the pork explosion recipie when I saw this.  Bacon, baby!
