We ordered our 172 today. Got a great deal from our local dealer. They said it would be here in about a month. Where have we heard that before???
 Coachpod is finally on board with the idea of the pod. We may make a PODDER out of him yet. He is already planning a trip to Lake Erie next fall before it gets cold.
I now feel like an official forum person.

Congratulations!!!! You'll love it. We have the 172 and have made a few mods to it, to accommodate our needs. We'll be at the Eastern roundup to show off our mods and see all the other ideas floating (or should I say rolling ) out there.

What part of Lake Erie? There is a place in Erie, PA that is really nice. It's called Presque Isle and it stretches miles out into Lake Erie. Kind of late now though to enjoy all it has to offer. A lot of real nice beaches and plenty of trails to walk. At the entrance there is a water park also. Adm. Perry's ship from the War of 1812 is close by in Erie.
