Good Morning All, We took our 179 out for the first time last weekend and noticed water dripping from the roof (no rain, 95 degrees and sunny). We had the AC on so I'm assuming that's just normal condensation. Being new to this I just want to be sure that we're not dismissing something that may be a problem. Thanks, Marty

Nope, you're good. We use a small bucket to catch it and then dump it so our camp doesn't get muddy or mucky. The volume of AC condensation is quite significant. You don't see it at home because the drain is plumbed into your house plumbing.

Not on our house. We have  package unit outside. It has a drain tube that just drains into the yard. There is some gravel under the pad on which it is located, so the water drains down and does not make a muddy mess. The yard is greener around the AC, even though the weather has been dry.

On our 179, I have also noted the amount of condensation dripping off the pod. Most places I have stayed have had a gravel base, or the weather has been cool enough so that we did not need to run it, so I have not noticed a problem with mud.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the answers. I feel better now knowing that I don't have an issue. I like the small bucket solution so we don't have any mud puddles around. Thanks again, Marty
