Does anyone know the model number for an Rdome? Mine came with my 2017 179. I want to find a way to buy spare parts. I don't see the shock corded pole lasting to long. I would also like to pick up a spare top telescopic pole just in case. Thanks.

You can contact FR... BUT.. I would go to "Tent Pole Technologies dot Com..."

That said.. very few owners ever break a pole. We bent one a bit this year. straightened it.

furpod thanks. My experience has not been great with shock-corded tent poles in the past.

We have used our dome for 5 years, and have had some abusive weather literally flattening the dome against the pod, so far, no breakage or bending of poles.

We bent a rafter pole. We cut the bent piece out and inserted a wooden dowel. A very strong pole now.

We got a replacement flex-pole from Tentpole technologies (same as furpod's recommendation).  It is a 1/2" fiberglass pole 267 inches long.  9 sections, I think.  We also got a couple of spare sections.
