#1. Cut both top and bottom out of a tuna fish can ..(or any small, short can) and give it a good washing to get rid of any tuna flavor.

#2. Place tuna can "Ring" in a "medium hot", frying pan
#3. Drop a small "Dollop" of butter or margarine inside the ring.
#4. Crack one egg on top of butter
#5. Sprinkle cheese on top of egg
#6. Place a pre-cooked sausage patty on top of cheese

Cover fry pan ..(or not).. and cook on MEDIUM HEAT until egg is done and cheese is melted.. about 3 to 4 minutes.

Meanwhile have your English muffin, Bagel or other type of muffin /roll in the toaster or oven broiler to get nice and toasty brown while the egg is cooking.

Place finished egg pallet on roll with your favorite condiment.. mustard, mayonnaise, etc...

NOTE: ... Pre-cooked Bacon strip or Ham slice can be used instead of sausage..if desired..

The tuna can "Ring" can be washed and used over and over again..
