The top drawer in my kitchen dropped down a little on the right side.  I took out the drawer and found a broken bracket.  There is a rail that the drawer glides on.  The rail is attached at both ends.  At the far end, deep inside, a plastic bracket on the rail end attaches to a piece of wood.  The bracket was broken.  Out of the 3 drawers I had 3 cracked brackets from over tightening the screws.

I was going to call Couch's for replacements but instead I'm going to check around some kitchen cabinet shops and see if I can find some metal ones.

I suggest everyone pulls theirs out and look for broken/cracked brackets.

Terry
