I want to recommend Brett and his company to anyone in Fairbanks who needs service. They rewired my 180 to bypass a dead converter and replaced it with an IOTA battery charger, leaving the entire fuse panel in place. This was while other dealers were telling me it would be weeks before they could get the part to fix my pod. (Including Couch's RV from whom I bought the Pod. Couch's would not even order the part for me until a Forest River dealer "verified" that the converter had failed.) These guys knew what they were doing, explained what they were doing, accomplished it quickly and charged a very reasonable price. It was the kind of service you're almost dumbfounded to come upon. Great place, great guys!
------------- Thanks for all the fish.

Ditto. It sounds like that service department has some intelligent people (unlike my dealer).
