Our I-Pod 179 refrigerator came with no bottom shelf on door. Where we suppose to get this shelf or are we suppose to buy that as an extra?

A bottom shelf will not fit with the drawers in place. If you take the drawers and plastic shelf out, then you can move the middle shelf down to the bottom. It is an either/or situation.
