I could be wrong, but very few if any RPods come with satellite TV.  I think there is a jack labeled satellite on the outside, and probably a corresponding inside jack.  Those allow you to hook up to a satellite service, but the service isn't included.   Do you have something more than those jacks?

Were they using the antennae that the pod has instead of actual satellite?

I don't have satellite in the Pod or at home, so take this for what it's worth: You need some kind of satellite antenna on the pod, or on the ground outside the pod, and you need some kind of "set-top" box (I think), in order to receive satellite signals.  Do you have either of those?

As I said, the pod comes "satellite ready", but satellite TV is a service you have to pay for.  That's another thing; are you getting a bill for satellite service?

Some campgrounds have cable or satellite service you can plug into, just like the electric, water, and sewer.  That's rare in my experience.  But you can get a satellite kit of your own to haul around from Amazon probably, or from Camping World.  You're ready for that.  Maybe the dealership had the pod hooked up to their satellite service.

I don't know what you have.  The simplest thing would be to call your dealer and ask.  Or maybe look at the purchase sticker to see what all was included in your purchase.  Anything's possible, but I doubt you have satellite service.

Sounds like they used the antenna.  You need to tell the television to scan for available channels via the menu.
