I'm happy to say that BMW resolved the issues with the tow package. I picked up my r-pod 180 on Saturday and was thrilled when the trailer lighting worked. BMW installed a new module. I have to use a lamp out by-pass off the seven pin which I expected. The RF prodigy brake controller works very well. The tow system seems very secure but I have only driven about 30-40 miles. The trailer has been chihuahua approved. It will be taken on its first outing this coming weekend.
