I just installed the FF ultra breeze fan cover. I did all I was suppose to, I used dicor in existing holes and under the FF ultra breeze clips had enough put down to squeeze out around the edges of the clips and to bound to the "gum" of original ff vent. Question: Should I have put some "new" dicor on top of the original "gum" all the way around underneath the FF ultra breeze fan cover? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you did it right.  For the first time I used about 1/3 tube of Dicor on my 2011  177 roof last weekend.  Mainly used it around my FF where there were some cracks and also my roof vent (in place of the A/C)  where I observed some 1/8" gaps in the old caulk.
