hanging out in the pod yesterday watching hockey.  i could not get any audio for either game (they were both on nbc).  all other channels ok including nbc when hockey games not being shown.  any thoughts?  hogone

its a new tv, so maybe i should have read the book first before i asked!!!  i just switched the spdif type from pcm to raw.  problem is i do not even know what that all meansEmbarrassed.  well see.  hogone

hogone,

I have found if you put three frozen peas on the end of the antenna which is most North facing, both reception and audio is improved!  Big smile

Oh, and PCM=Pulse Code Modulation (outputs in 2 channel stereo). Raw is for 'bitstream'. It will pass DD, DTS or PCM stereo. Don't have any idea what that means, but it sounds good. My advice is to try the frozen peas.

Too bad all the frozen peas have been recalled due to listeria. NOW how are we supposed to fix anything on our pods?!?

well it now works.  i didnt have any frozen peas, so just hung some carrots off the antenna.  it actually looks pretty cool!!!!  hogone
