Hi All,

I'm working on de-bugging some of our new pod's shortcomings. I'm happy to say that the list is short so far, but one that is bugging me is the sliding curtain above the dinette. It's the one that goes side to side. The screws they used to mount the bracket are too big and the curtain can't slide. The only way to move it is one slider at a time first top then bottom to wiggle it over the screw. It takes forever.

I think I remember reading about this, that there is a fix, but I couldn't track it down in the search function. I tried a smaller screw head, but it didn't help.

Can anyone help me with their fix for this?

Thanks!

5W

I'm bumping this because I am also frustrated by the screw heads catching the curtain and I vaguely remember seeing a fix, but nothing comes up searching "curtain." Anyone?

Here was/is my solution. It worked, but you have to search for the hardware. I got mine directly from FR, but it might not be available anymore. While you're at it, fix the stack back problem. It's a really dumb installation as it came from the factory. Good luck.

The OEM curtain can be used unaltered. The screws must be placed outside the tracks and the holes redrilled. The factory grunts used screws way too big, placed them in the wrong place, and tightened them down to the point of deformation of the track. Three strikes ..........
