I did this last year???!!!

So, I hook up the hose, turn on the faucet at the house. And nothing goes into the tank. What am I doing wrong?

Was it hooked to the city water connection? If so the fresh water tank will never fill.

You need to stick the hose in the potable water fill port. The hose doesn't screw in, it's just gravity filled.
