I have the visor. Easy to put on except I am a bit short so I need a step stool. It sometimes snags on the screw heads in the railing and you have to wiggle it to get it to go through. As far as storage it smaller and lighter then one of those folding camp chairs. I have a Pahaque Visor for sale used a few times on a 2014 178 which I no longer have. Asking $200 give me a call 585-637-9708

We have a Visor. For our purposes, it's perfect. Don't compare it to the R-Dome--that's apples to oranges. The Visor's advantages are the fact that it's small and easy to install, and most of all, does not have poles or ropes that extend beyond the camper. We often find ourselves camping where there's a tree or rocks or some other barrier a few feet from the door of the Pod, so using any other kind of shelter would be out of the question. But the Visor works perfectly in those circumstances. Its biggest disadvantages is that it provides relatively little shade/shelter. Johncoc's Visor (above) sounds like a pretty good deal.
