Yes. I got these for my 2014 177. They seem to work fine and I've never noticed that they were too "harsh" as some people have noted about the newer pod models.

Yes. I bought one to try for about $16 and liked them . got them on Amazon.
Gold stars rv&marine led dome light fixtures. Replaced all the lights. Quantity is cheaper. I especially like that each fixture has two lights that are individually on/off switched. The original fixtures were using 18 Watts
& no choice of one or two light use. The LED fixtures use 4 Watts for each
Bulb use or 8 Watts for both. It makes a big difference on battery life when
Dry camping. Item # F3528002. There was also a single fixture for the bathroom. Prior to screwing to ceiling make sure polarity is right on the wiring.one way they will light & other way they will not.

I a bit confused. I only changed the bulbs. Is there a reason to actually change the fixtures to native LED?

No. Just change the bulbs. That just costs $$.

The newest pods don't have changeable bulbs. They are LED from the factory, but many owners find the LEDs to be very bright and harsh. They have no choice but to change the whole fixture.

OTOH, some of us like the brightness. My wife and I don't find them harsh in the least. We are more fond of the higher color temperature LED bulbs in our house as well. Neither of us likes the yellowish cast of the 2700K bulbs We have mostly 5,000K bulbs with a few 3,000K bulbs. Even the 3,000K bulbs are not as nice as the 5000K bulbs are better when it comes to colors because it is better for color accuracy. My wife quilts, so the better color accuracy is a plus.

We changed ours out in 2011 And the bulbs set us back nearly 9 bucks apiece.  Good color, not harsh, but expensive.  Here we are almost 5 years later and I have had to change one out.  Nice to see the prices have dropped dramatically!

I found it was cheaper to buy the whole fixture than buying replacement led bulbs. Plus the new fixtures had duel on/off switches so l could put on one light at a time. Mounting a LED bulb in the old fixture could be problematic ( some need mounting screw on other end of bulb).
I ended up selling my old fixtures on Craigslist for $4 each so l ended up spending about $10 per new LED fixture. It was definitely worth it to me.
