This site http://www.ultimatecampgrounds.com/uc3/index.php - http://www.ultimatecampgrounds.com/uc3/index.php shows over 28,000 public campgrounds in the US, and most are available for RVs. If you use one of the apps, you can filter the campgrounds for RV only. ------------- |

Good Sam membership includes a very good guide, either as an app or softcover book, "Woodall's" my parents used that for decades.

You might also consider Trip Advisor, on line. Lots of info on just about anywhere you want to go. Although we have the Woodall's book, we also check on comments posted on Trip Advisor. Apparently I failed to mention I am the developer of The Ultimate US Campground Project iPhone / iPad app. I'd like to mention it's been upgraded to include PDF maps, most of which are National Park Service PDF maps. These maps are super useful, and can be viewed offline.
