I was washing my R-POD 179 today and noticed that the front right trim has separated slightly from the side panel. There is about a foot and a half of a section where I can see the front edge of the side panel of the R-POD(about 1/32" gap between the side panel and the trim) Can I just re-caulk this or do I need to take it to a dealer to get it fixed? Do I need to be worried that the side is about to fall off?? This is a 2016 model with only about 2000 miles on it. Thanks in advance for any input.

Similar but not near as bad. Mine is up about midway and just barely broke the caulking enough to expose the edge...

UPDATE: Just had the unfortunate experience of finding out that warranties are not transferred to second owners. Bought mine like new and was only 4 months old from previous owner Anyway, I have to give kudos to Jessica Wiggin of Forest River R-POD division in Illinois and Rick of palm RV in Fort Myers Florida for standing behind their product and fixing it as it is a manufacturer defect. They both helped a potential gut wrenching experience into a pleasant one. Thanks Guys!!

so tech; just want to clarify your opinion. you would recommend 2 12v deep cycle marine batteries over 2 24v batteries (the ones i was mentioning at sams) for about the same price? i may be in the market, so just want to get the best bang for my buck. my batteries (interstate originals) dont seem to be holding as well as they use to (yes i have let them run down pretty low a few times!!). thanks for your input. hogone
