Class 1 or class 2 receiver refers to your towing vehicle, not the pod. Your spare tire carrier is connected to the trailer's class II hitch; but, it'll only support 35 pounds or so. Basically, just enough to carry one spare tire or two bicycles. ------------- Craig :: 2009 RP171 towed by a 2017 F150 |
