I recently purchased a 2010 172 and I noticed an area of delamination just below the keder for the dome.  Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't think there is a solution for delamination once it has occurred.  You should strip and re-caulk that area to ensure no more water gets in.  Then I would run the A/C for a week to pull humidity out of the wall.

Thanks for the reply, I figured if anyone would know what to do you would! I don't think I have a water issue as there are no signs or sounds of water inside or out and we've had no rain and pretty low humidity lately...8% yesterday.  I was wondering if it would be a good idea to try and squirt some epoxy or something in the delaminated area and try to spread it around from the outside and then re-caulk the area. Any thoughts?

Not sure - anyone?  A few searches online give 2 options from what I could find - try to epoxy it like you said, or cut out the fiberglass, clean up the area behind it, and then re-fiberglass.
