Hi All

We live in the NorthEast, suburbs of Philadelphia. We bought the rpod gently used in 2012 (2011Rpod172). The very first thing i did was to buy a cover for it since we do get snow and a lot of rain, and i was parking it under a tree where resins from the tree might be a problem too.
The cover did its job for the first year, but starting the second year there were minor scuffs and the front panel that used to get a lot of sun started to disintregate. Last with with our second son being born, we used the rpod once so mostly it was under cover. Begining of this year we started back on regular camping, but the cover was in tatters; only the front part which was exposed to sun at all times. The remaining of the cover held up good.

I thought of buying another one since this lasted me arnd 3 years, but thought of talking to the company guys to find out what the deal was with sun exposure and let them know abt the products failing. The heard me and asked me to contact the warrenty dept., and within 10 days I was sent a new cover because they have a 3 year warrenty on all their products.

So if anyone had the similar cover and have more than a few holes. (Like in my case the front was in tatters), talk to Classic and they might either give u a discount or sent u a replacement.

Thanks
Rudy

Good to know they will stand by it.

I have always considered the cover "sacrificial".. letting it die, instead of my finish and decals.. We don't put ours on during the summer, actually it's only on about 4 months of the year, if that. But has held up well so far.
