I got tired of resetting the main breaker every time we used a heavy wattage appliance while the AC and water heater were on, so I installed a separate 15amp, 120v protected circuit in the kitchen slideout.  Here are a few pictures...

The new outlet is on top with the ice maker and electric tea pot plugged into it...

I removed the microwave/convection oven for access.  We may just leave it out for additional storage.

The new outlet is in the blue box, just below the one that is in the cabinet above the sink for the microwave.

The rest of the circuit was installed in the refrigerator cabinet from the outside of the slideout.  I installed a small breaker box with a 15amp breaker to the floor of the refrigerator cabinet.  All of the wiring was zip tied away form the heat of the refrigerator exhaust.

The feed wire for the outlet goes straight up through the bottom of the microwave cabinet and is zip tied away from the heat of the refrigerator exhaust.

The inlet for the circuit is just above the lower refrigerator vent to the right.  I keep a loop zip tied to the end of the heavy gauge extension cord to relieve tension on the inlet connector.  The extension cord plugs into the parks 20amp circuit (if they have one).

It may be a little overkill, but I cut a square from on old 1/4" nylon cutting board and screwed it to the outside wall with heavy, coarse threaded stainless steel screws.  The 15amp inlet was then screwed through it and the outside wall with stainless steel screws.  All of the surfaces were sealed with silicon sealer when assembled.  It's not going anywhere.

I like to say I now have 45amp service.  I could have wired it with a 20amp outlet and wiring but didn't think I would need it.

Nice job.  Popups sometimes do something similar by running an extra extension cord out through the canvas to the 20 amp plug on the power pole.
