Simply good people and very expert without being the least bit pushy. We bought a simple popup years ago and recently upgraded to an RPod 179. Price and trade in were both excellent. The smoke detector detached after our first trip and when we unknowingly closed the slide, it created a problem. Everything fixed under warranty promptly and with a smile. Fair prices but even more important, fair treatment when things go wrong.
