The wife and I didn't like how the original tv didn't tilt down towards the bed or dinette so I installed a new tv mount the day before our first big trip. This one was from Menards and has a folding arm with tilt. Now we're thinking of adding a bigger tv next year! I ripped and routered a piece of 1x6 down to about 4 1/4 inches wide and transferred the mounting holes from the original tv mount to the board. That way I didn't have to drill more holes and risk damaging any wires, plus it lowered the tv a little bit. It turned out nice and we're happy with the result.
