Ok, third trip out in the pod last weekend. Monday morning, while breaking down camp, the fridge started beeping and the hazard button was flashing while the AC indicator was also flashing.
This is a 3 way refrigerator in a 182G...
I've searched the forums, used the access panel to unplug and plug it back in, videoed the interior to make sure the light goes out, checked it on gas and DC, no problems... Did it while connected to 30amp at the campground and also using my adapter at home.
Is it "call the dealer" time?

You have to manually switch it to propane or battery that might've been why it was beeping when you unplugged the power

It might be time to call the dealer, but have you checked the fuse box and checked the GFCI outlet? Every 120v outlet on the pod, including the one for the fridge, depends on that outlet not being tripped.
Other folks have reported bad motherboards in new fridges, but I think they've mostly been bad on delivery. With any luck you just have to press the button on the GFCI.
Another way to check the fridge would be to remove the access panel outside the pod, as you did, unplug the fridge from the provided outlet and plug it into a known good power source (using an extension cord).

Brilliant!! The GFCI outlet was tripped somehow - problem solved.
