You can sign up to receive an email each time someone replies to a thread, by checking the "Email Notify me of Replies" just below the box where you type in your reply. Each time someone posts a reply, you get an email. Please note - when you receive these emails, do not reply via email! Your reply doesn't get posted to the forum, it gets sent to the admins. The email has a link to open the thread, click on that and then post your reply. True, 130 pages so 1300+ existing threads. Adding sub-forums would require sorting them out - a big job.
