Sorry about asking this if it has been answered before Embarrassed

I currently have mine parked in a outside storage facility, and the ground is gravel.
I have seen lots of videos on greasing the axle bearing and they all mention spinning the wheel while injecting the grease.
Is this really necessary or can I get away with just pumping until I see my royal purple start oozing then let nature take its course when I start towing?

Yes, very necessary. Otherwise it will at best tunnel, at worst, blow the gasket out the back.

Thank you, I have to find some boards or blocks to put on the soft ground.........
