Subject: No interior lights on battery power.

We just bought a new 171 HRE and have been trying to set up everything. My neighbor and I welded a anti sway bar on the tongue and now I have no interior lights on battery power . They work on shore power . Is it possible I fried the converter by not disconnecting the battery while welding? I do not think the battery is shorted as it shows 13.6v after charging. I visually checked the e 40 amp fuses and they do not look blown. Any ideas where to start?

Well, I am a idiot! Apparently there is two sets of red and white leads coming out of the wire bundle at the tongue . The correct set had fallen behind the battery box and nose of the pod and I hooked up the other set. I was looking for a inline fuse that that might had blown and found them.

The question I have now , is what are the two other leads for? They are smaller diameter than the correct leads , but otherwise look the same?

The 2 smaller feeds are for the Zamp solar plug.
