Anyone know how the window valances come off? I know they're screwed in place just haven't figured out where or how to access ....

There are a couple methods they use. You may have "L" brackets inside the valance, you may have screws through the valance and into the walls, hidden under the fabric of the valance..

furpod is correct, the valance is screwed directly into the wall through the fabric. Check the 90 degree folds on top and in the crevice of the fabric below. Probe around using the tip of a cross tip screw driver. Good luck!
