Greetings, All!
My wife and I are new podders, having bought our used 177 last August. Haven't had a chance to take it out yet, however. Traded our 12-year old Coleman Sante Fe tent trailer and nearly cried when I turned it in - too many fabulous camping trips in that rig! With kids pretty much gone and set-up getting more challenging every year (we sometimes travel-camp), it seemed like a full trailer was the way to go. Got a really clean year-old unit at a decent price.

This is a great forum! Seems many of the questions I have had have been addressed already! Lookin' forward to some great travels this summer. Will post some pics once the weather gets a little nicer here. Thanks!

Welcome from Ottawa!

You may have already noticed that we are hosting a FROG/R-POD rally at Ferris Prov. Pk. near Brighton, ON from June 4-7th.

Would be great if you could join us. (For more information check out the Campout/Events tab).

Cheers,

David

Welcome.  We felt the same way when our Coleman Grandview SP rolled down our driveway for the last time - and again when it was our pod.  Amazing how the emotional bond develops because of all the good times.

Welcome BillR, as David said consider joining us at Ferris Prov. June 4-7. David has done a great job of setting up what will be a fantastic rally. There are at least 2 other pods coming where this will be, if not their first time out maybe only the second time. Great time to ask any questions you might have about your pod/mods. There is at least one pod coming from the Waterloo area, and this rally will be their first time out.

Wow! Thanks to all for a great welcome. The rally at Ferris sounds really neat, but not sure we're available that w/e. We usually do like to frequent the Provincial Parks, but Ferris is one we have not visited. I'm quickly learning there's a fabulous r-pod community out there! I've learned so much already!

Thanks again!
