Beside the obvious oversight of a missing flux capacitor, the only other perplexing circuit is the + √2 - voltage. Seems a bit...irrational. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you are looking at a merge ballast entering the I-95 conduit. The two are similar. Sorry about the blank post. Funny, that schematic looks just like the one from my old Triumph! Probably works just about as well too!
