Sorry I didn't have anything to add there - I'm great at troubleshooting systems but in this case I think I would have had to be in front of his system to figure out the problem.  Too many variables.
Let no 2 pods be the same!

Agreed, a tough one to visualize. I thought you may be familiar with the general setup...a new one to me, a 12v tv curb side with the stereo tuner and amp on the other? Anyway I think we got it figured out, Travis was familiar with the setup. Thanks for responding.
