This has probably been asked elsewhere, but I can't find it.  When I bought my new 179 a few months ago, the dealer said I probably should replace the existing sewer hose because it's just a short temp hose.

What is the max length hose that could fit into the existing sewer hose tube?  I assume it must be a 3" diameter.  At Amazon I see some hoses have a compressed length of 22".  Add the plastic elbow to that and have I reached the max storage capacity?

Thanks!

With a bayonet adapter at one end and an elbow at the other, the max I can fit in my stock holder is a 10' hose.  My preferred hose is the Camco Heavy Duty - I replace it every 2-3 years (based on wear/smell).

Get the adjustable hose holder, same manufacturer as your stock one.  You can hold 2 full sections, only $60 or so.
