Bought the pod a month ago from a gent in Arizona.  It is a 2012, was never used. All the tags are on it, fridge perfectly clean, I think he stocked it with dishes and then got sick.  Well. I saw this wire up top and figured I would investigate.

THEY NEVER INSTALLED THE TV ANTENNA!

The wire was nicely stripped, but the connector never put on.  If the thing was ripped off, it would have pulled on the wire, so no dice.  You could see the little stand was un marked as well, no scuffs where it would have attached.

Thankfully, this was stored under an awning, so no water intrusion as best I can tell,  who knows how long it was at the dealer.  I think I will pull the Jensen to check, just in case.  The antenna mount is open on top.

I'm going to call Forest River Tuesday to see if they will take care of it, not holding my breath, but will at least try.

John.

Well... although most r-pods do have a TV and antenna, its an upgrade and not a stock item.  It could very well be that your r-pod in particular didn't have the upgrade (even tho the wiring was run).  But, absolutely check with Forest River.

Yeah, it has the TV.  Wire out the roof, big gaping hole there!
