We are just stepping into the RV, OK Pod world.  For many years, we have built our tent camping supplies list and are very comfortable.  We ordered a 181G a week ago and can hardly wait for delivery.

What items will we need to use our pod that won't come with it?  I looked through the posts and do not see any list.  A check list for setup and breakdown would be great too.  Yes I am a listmaker TongueThanks!

Hi and welcome to the Pod side. If you use the search feature, I think you can find what you need. Both these topics have been explored. Sometimes not always in a linear fashion. This is a strange and wonderful group. Good luck!

There is a checklist posted in 2012.  The default search parameters will not find it but google will or you can do an expanded search.  Of all the sources for information on rpods I have found the dealer to be among the least reliable.  Between this forum and the various youtube videos available there is a lot of valuable information.  A good start is the links in the user manual post.  Leveling blocks, wheel chocks, a decent level are some of the necessities.

Congratulations on the 181g, the best Rpod model there is!!!  Also welcome to the local area, lot of Podders in and around you that get together often for trips and rallies, hopefully we'll bump into you sometime!

This might help with some item shopping.  It's an Amazon list, with items sorted by highest priority to lowest priority.  Highest are things you need from the near get go, and of course as you travel down that importance factor they go into things that are just fun.

There are descriptions next to the item and why myself or another owner thinks you might need them.  And of course it's on Amazon, so hey, it's easy to buy what you might need or want.

Enjoy.
