We just purchased our 2015 179, we will be able to pick it up in a week but I have a question regarding the canopy channel. Does anyone know the length and the inner diameter of the channel? I have figured out how to make a canopy out of our Kelty Noahs Tarp 12 to use in place of the R-dome. Thank you!

I believe it was discussed in a previous thread. Try using the search thing to find it.

Inside diameter is just under 1/2 inch. IIRC on my 2014 179 the length was around 11ft.
