New to this whole camper trailer thing.  So sorry for if I ask a question that's already been answered. Did a search but didn't find anything.

What length (or type) of mollys should we use to attach shelving to the walls?  Our new 2014 177 doesn't have much in the way of storage (as ya'll probably know) so we'd like to add some.

I'm just terrified of either going through to the outside or severing a wire.

Any advice would be appreciated.

No question can be answered too much here.  I believe the ones I used were 1 1/4", another member used 3/4".  However, others have just used screws w/o a problem.  Links below on the installation from Outbound and myself.

I'm going to give it a shot.  Like the security of using a molly vs just a drywall screw.
Your shelving looks good.  We'll probably try something similar.
Thanks a lot!

Techntrek,

When you mean 1 1/4" molly bolt, did you mean the total length of the molly bolt before it is retracted?  Meaning before it is placed in the hole?
