I'm experiencing a problem with the interior shroud of my fantastic fan. It seems 4 screws are used to hold up the rectangular frame holding up the fantastic fan from the interior. For some reason,one of the screws is not connecing with the roof and this frame/schroud and causing one side of the shroud to hang.

Has anyone experienced this? Not sure if i'm going to need some kind of anchoring mechanism or just a a longer screw to hold it up?

Doesn't connect to the roof, but to legs from the top half.. My money is on a stripped hole in said leg. Use off a slightly longer screw, and pre drilling for the "reach" of it should fix you right up.
