Yesterday I used our bathroom scale to weigh the tongue weight of our trailer using a 2x4 and wood blocks. I reset the scale to zero to adjust for the weight of the wood. I put the scale back in the house and forgot to reset the scale to 0 it was minus 3 lbs. My wife weighed herself this morning and I heard her say good I lost 3 lbs. Well tonight I remembered what I did and set the scale back to 0 and haven't told her because she is asleep from eating a big dinner. So tomorrow she will weigh her self and say oh no I gained 3 lbs. I will explain to her then what I did, I think that is the right thing to do.

It happened she got on the scale this morning and said oh I ate all that food last night and went to bed and gained weight. She then said I should not have done that. I then told her you might want to read this and showed her the r-pod forum Funny Story. She then smiled and said I did not lose or gain weight.

Years ago at work we had an older short tubbyish style guy at work. He had a hard time reaching over a counter to shut off an alarm so he used a 3 foot dowel to shut off the alarm. Well................Us devious kids on the night shift started cutting off about 1/4- 3/8 of an inch off the stick every week. A long time later he finally made a comment that he must be getting fat cause he was having trouble reaching the alarm button. Nobody could keep a straight face and all busted out laughing so we finally had to tell him.
