We are looking to buy a leveler and are interested in the BAL. We have no experience with the product so we are wondering why you are selling it? Most Podders seem to love theirs but we are not sure how much trouble is involved in using it.

Mine stripped the screw when I tried to lift my 179. BAL replaced it under warranty. Second screw started to strip, so I sold it. 179 is almost 3100 pounds when full of water. My pop-up that I used the BAL with before was 2500 and I had no trouble with it.
