Just started to get the pod ready for summer.  Filled water tank, installed anod rod and put the battery on.  Turned on the pump (and I hear it run), but no water is coming through any of the faucets.  Hooked up city water which works.  What am I missing?  Valves on hot water heater are all in the correct position, and I cannot find any other valves between fresh water tank and pump that might be turned off.

I booked an appointment for next Wednesday at the dealer, but would like to catch anything obvious in case I missed something.  The dealer did the winterization for me last fall.....it appears that they only put antifreeze in the p-traps and possibly blew air through the system because the fresh water tank plugg was removed for the winter.

Sounds to me that your antifreeze valve is open and you are sucking in air.

Agree.  Look just past your water pump for a valve, which will have a short hose connected to one side of it (which isn't connected to anything).  Flip that valve.

While you're at it, check the filter attached to the pump - is the clear plastic cap screwed down tightly?

Thanks all for responding.  I looked for anything obvious, such as a valve, but saw nothing.  I will take a closer look tomorrow as your answers are making sense.  And yes, I did open the filter and cleared out some residue while I was there.

I have looked again this morning, and cannot see a valve or any short hose connected on the water pump.  It appears I only have one hose in, and one hose out.  Took a picture but cannot see how to attach it to this post.  I wonder if the dealer installed the valve somewhere else.  I followed the hoses coming through the floor, through the pump, and all the way to kitchen sink faucets....no apparent valve.

May stop by dealer to see if they will just tell me where they put this valve or if I have to wait and pay for this advise at my scheduled appointment next week.

This is what the winterization valve looks like.

I believe some pods came w/o one for a while, but newer ones got it again.  If it exists, it is just before the pump where the line coming from the fresh water tank meets the pump.

To attach a picture you need to go to "full reply mode".  Either click the Post Reply button on the left side, just below the last post, or look just above the text box in the Quick Reply area, look for the arrow pointing up and to the right, just to the left of the question mark.

Aha, ok.  So, stopped by the dealer without the RPod to inquire about where they typically put the valve for winterization.  Guy at counter really was no help without access to the Rpod, so my booked appointment for Wednesday is on....

Here is a photo of my pump (hopefully).

No sign of a valve as far as I can tell.

Yep, no valve. It would be in that white hose connected to the left side of the pump just before the strainer.

Just returned from the dealer service department. Water pump was determined to be faulty. Hard to say if it was just a random issue, or related to the dealer maybe missing something when they winterized the pod last fall. Regardless, they installed the new pump at no cost to me in under 30 minutes and I was on my way.

I will have them do the winterization in the fall again and learn more next time what they really do....maybe water was left in the pump?

Unlikely, if they used RV antifreeze, since they would need the pump to push it through the system.  If they only blew air through the system then the pump is out of the loop and would have water in it.

I had a similar problem to this and it turned out to be the sink faucet head being clogged. Before each trip I now clean that out and have no problems.

I had no water & it was a crimped hose next to the pump.

One more thing to check on.  If your city water valve isn't sealing correctly you would end up with a ton of water outside on the ground and no pressure at the sink's valve.
