I took my 2014 171 out for shakedown trip tho weekend. Eveything was worked except for the sunbeam
convectiom grill oven. The grill part was getting hot but I only brought pre packed microbe food only, and the microwave part did not work. The selling dealer is 70 mile drive each as they were the closet dealer. The dealer where the rood is stored is also a Forest River Dealer and will work on my trailer for  $50.00 per per visit due the amount of paperwork to FR to be paid for warranty work, Should I ask the selling dealer to renburse me?

Sounds fishy to me, any other Forest River dealer who is both Authorized and Willing to do warranty work for you shouldn't need to charge you anything to file paperwork with Forest River.  I've had warranty work done at a different dealer before and there was zero issue or even a question asked.

I do not think you'd have any luck asking your selling dealer to reimburse you, the warranty work is their responsibility if you bring it to them.

I'd avoid that FR dealer. The $50 mystery charge is a giant red flag.

Mine went out and I called my dealer which is about 600 miles from me and they had Forest River to send me a new one. I got it promptly and have it installed and it easy to do. Like the others said giving them $50.00 to replace a product under warranty is kind of crooked I think.

Agree, nobody should charge for anything warranty related, those costs are entirely handled by FR.
