Just got back from Camping World I was told the axle needs replaced. The Vibe's were first built with a 3,500 lb. axle and later upgraded to a 4,400 lb. axle. Just before we picked up our camper 5 months ago the axle was replaced with the upgraded 4,400 lb. axle by Forest River. With the new axle one wheel is straight and the other wheel is slanted so that the inside edge of the tire would wear. I hope the replacement is right this time I myself think a 4,400 lb. axle should have six lug nuts instead of five but I am not a engineer so they should know more than I.
