Well, except for the price of course.

These look like a great solution for the Pod shape. I just did some quick measurements and figure 600 watts (6 panels) would fit pretty easily. We then rename it Checkerpod! The only real problem I see is another couple hundred pounds more of batteries, a 2500 watt pure sine wave inverter and my fixed income...

Looks nice.  Seems like the trailer would be very dependent on sun direction; whereas, with a portable one you can move it around to face the sun.

I've considered and nixed roof mount solar panels for me, unless they become dirt cheap.
Normally we are camping in wooded areas so a portable panel that can be moved around to stay in the sun is a must, and also somewhat of a pain.
Something to think about.
