After sleeping in the snowpod last weekend, the temps dropped & it snowed. Again. *sigh*. So this last Friday night, the extended forecast showed that for the next week we would be comfortably above freezing. So Friday night I mixed some bleach with water & filled the fresh water tank. Then I turned on the water pump to bleed the air out all the lines & fill the water heater. No water! The pump runs, but not a drop out of any faucets! So I pull the access panel off under the sink to look at the water pump. I found that one of the hoses at the winterizing valve was bent over & crimped. I straightened the hose to uncramp the hose & we now have water. So I'll cut that hose & install an elbow to alleviate the crimping issue. So I figure I'm good, right? Wrong! No hot water! So I pull the access panel in the rear storage compartment & wedge my upper body in there. Everything looks fine as far as the water valves go. So I open the door for the waterheater on the outside. I turned on the water heater & you could hear the gas valve cycling. You could also smell propane. So then I used a gas match to light the propane. It lit, but then shut off shortly afterward. You could hear the gas valve shut off. Obviously it had no ignition. Upon closer inspection, the ignitor wire was never plugged into the ignitor which is zip tied to the water heater & is accessed through the panel in the storage area. At this point I have hot & cold running water!! Party On!!
Hopefully this helps someone else in the future. I'm proud that I was able to figure it out on my own...

Unfortunately I would have to say that your dealer did a poor job of preparing your POD, seeing how they did not try all the systems before you brought it home. Goose

That's kinda interesting. When we bought our pod, the dealer did a complete system check with us, in the lot, before we signed the papers. Water. hot water, furnace, AC...etc. I just figured that was standard practice.

We went over all of the systems, but there wasn't any water in the camper, since it was still winterized(dry)& we drove through snow the whole way home. Though I agree, they should have made sure that the water heater fired up.
I guess that I had better double check the fridge....
