Here's a tip for those who want to make/replace cushions and and/or mattress....

We're doing a bit of a bed mod and needed some custom cushions. I found http://www.thefoamfactory.com - The Foam Factory .

Ordered two pieces of their top-of-the-line foam cut to order - 15x24x6 and 15x72x6 - with their fiberfill dacron wrap.

Was delivered free shipping within 3 days. Total price was: $131.00.

Seemed reasonable and the quality seems top-notch.

From what I know of foam, the quality seems excellent. I didn't buy the memory foam. We wanted more of a firm seat/bench cushion for our application. They do, however, sell a variety of http://www.thefoamfactory.com/mattress/mattress.html - memory foam mattresses and toppers . I'm considering buying a twin topper for dinette bed if it will roll up and stow easily.
