Starting to plan my early summer R-pod adventures and want to book a good campsite.  Anyone have any recommendations of a good campground in the Taos, Santa Fe area?  I was looking at Ojo Caliente, but saw a bad review on their rv campground.  Any feedback and specific campsite info would be appreciated!

Welcome. It has been my experience while working with the retail public for many years, you can't please everyone, all the time. I have been to campgrounds where someone has posted a flaming review and our experience has been quite the opposite. My suggestion is to disregard the one instance where someone has been displeased, and read of others experience. Trip Advisor is also a great site to check out a campground or other venue. Good luck, and Safe Travels.

We go to Santa Fe every summer. We meet up with our son and daughter-in-law and stay for about 4 days, early summer and late summer. We've stayed at this KOA at least 10 times. It's about a 15 minute drive from Santa Fe Plaza on the outskirts of town. They remodeled their showers two years ago (very nice). There are pinion pines throughout the grounds. They have no pool. Old Las Vegas Hwy, where it is located, runs parallel to I-25, so there is some traffic noise; but we really like it, and we feel safe there.
