I am replacing the FR-furnished 19" Jensen LCD TV with a 24" LED set. The Jensen, being wall-mounted, did not come with a base. By now, I imagine FR has accumulated a mountain of Jensen bases. Any suggestions who I should call about acquiring one? Susan, Lindsey or ?.

Lindsay would be your best bet probably. I know Susan is beyond swamped at the moment. And technically it's Lindsay's area anyways.

You should have had a base though, should have been with all the extra cords and whatnot. Ours is still in the bag.

Are you wanting to use the base for your old Jensen 19"?

That is a good thought. I did find two sets of red/white audio cables. Maybe I overlooked the base.
Yes, I was going to use it on the Jensen, but I have an extra wall mount that I can use if need be. If I don't find it, I will call Lindsay.

I noticed that I don't have an owner's manual with all the other manuals and literature, so perhaps there is another bag tucked away somewhere.

yup i just know that's where ours was. never knew we had one until i was looking around at the aux cables that we had in a bag.
