If you aren't going to keep the Pod heated all winter long you still need to take care of your water pump and the traps in the sinks and shower.  You could possibly get by with just running the water pump dry and then just a bit of antifreeze in the traps.

If it gets below freezing for very long there that is.  Is it really not more than a few hours or so on the occasional night?

If you drained everything via the low point drains and emptied your water heater completely, you "should" be okay otherwise.

If you aren't going to us the systems though while you winter camp I'd just winterize the system.  It literally takes minutes to do and then there is no longer a "should" be okay.  You "will" be okay.

I lived in Murfreesboro for two years so I know the winters are mild - but you can still get below freezing so I would do a full winterization.  A gallon of RV antifreeze is cheap insurance, as others here have put it.  Check out the link in my signature to find a winterization checklist.
