We are selling our 171 in about 3 weeks we will be picking up our new camper to replace our 171. We bought our 171 new in April of 2009. It has all options except the TV/DVD. The r-dome has only been used one day. The Forest River cover was used about one year. The camper we used very little about 90 days total for the time we have owned it. It has been well maintained and kept under a carport. Price we are asking $7,000.

There is always that chance of something not going right. But it looks very promising that we will buy the Vibe. But if we do sell our r-pod and buy the Vibe we will continue to be apart of the r-pod owners forum. Who knows we may end up with two campers, the r-pod and the Vibe. | You have me thinking about another R-pod 171. My Father in Law is looking for something to go camping with us. He tried my Lance Truck Camper but it did not work well for him. Hmmm about 1000 miles from Pa to Florida. ...... :) |

my wife would shoot me having a 4th camper in the back yard (but at least I would have a place to go hide) Doug I go right past your place on the way down - Road trip I bit more than I'm looking to spend BUT a deal for anyone! |

The bearings were repacked last August, It is ready for a road trip. The Flower Pod could be placed above your grave if your wife shoots you. In truth a material possession should not come between you and your wife. But I agree it is a good deal if someone could buy it peacefully. My wife is a Saint as she has put up with me for over 25 years now. She knows the deals I make and has never questioned me. (well once many years ago when I bought a popup a week before Christmas and we had 3 small kids and hardly anything under the tree. She caved in during our first camping trip in May and loved that I took the chance. And we have been camping for over 20 years since then)

Good to know she understands your love for camping. Could deliver the camper to you in the Spring. I would in the Winter but have no experience driving in snow or ice.
